Refund and Cancellation Policy

This document is a continuation or extension to Privacy Policy and Terms and Services. Refund and Cancellation policy terms described here takes precedence over respective terms and specifics presented anywhere else.

Refund

As Barikoi Technologies Limited charges an electronic or paper invoice against all charges accumulated based on the Service usage during previous month, Barikoi Technologies Limited will not Refund any amount. In cases where Barikoi requires advance payment, Barikoi will consider them case by case basis.

Cancellation

These terms will continue to apply until terminated by either Client/User or Barikoi Technologies Limited as explained in the following part.

Client or User may terminate the Service at any time without specifically informing Barikoi Technologies Ltd, provided that the usage accumulated until the point of termination is reflected into invoice bill and the invoice is fully paid.

Barikoi Technologies Limited reserves the right to terminate the Service or discontinue the Service, or any portion or feature of the Service, for any reason and at any time without liability or other obligation to client or user.

Modifications to the Agreement

Barikoi Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify or revise this policy document at any time. Clients or users should visit this website periodically to review this policy and check for updates. Continued use of the API after the effective date of any such changes will constitute the acceptance of and agreement to such changes. If YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND TO ANY NEW TERMS, YOU MUST TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT BY IMMEDIATELY CEASING USE OF THE API.
