1. Geocoding API
The following terms apply only to the Barikoi Geocoding API:
Use without a Barikoi Map. The Customer may use Barikoi Maps content from the Geocoding API in Customer Applications without a corresponding Barikoi Map.Pre-Fetching, Caching, or Storage of Content. Applications using the Barikoi Geocoding API are bound by the terms of the Agreement with Barikoi. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Customer must not prefetch, index, store, or cache any Content under any conditions.Note that the ucode, used to uniquely identify a place, is exempt from the caching restriction. The Customer can therefore store ucode values indefinitely. Ucode values are returned in the ucode field in Geocoding API responses. 2. Reverse Geocoding API
The following terms apply only to the Barikoi Reverse Geocoding API:
Use without a Barikoi Map. The Customer may use Barikoi Maps content from the Reverse Geocoding API in Customer Applications without a corresponding Barikoi Map.Pre-Fetching, Caching, or Storage of Content. Applications using the Barikoi Reverse Geocoding API are bound by the terms of the Agreement with Barikoi. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Customer must not prefetch, index, store, or cache any Content under any conditions.Note that the ucode, used to uniquely identify a place, is exempt from the caching restriction. Pre-Fetching, Caching, or Storage of Content. Applications using the Barikoi Autocomplete API are bound by the terms of the Agreement with Barikoi. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Customer must not prefetch, index, store, or cache any Content under any conditions.Note that the ucode, used to uniquely identify a place, is exempt from the caching restriction. You can therefore store ucode values indefinitely. Ucode values are returned in the ucode field in Geocoding API responses. 4. Rupantor Geocoder API
The following terms apply only to the Barikoi Rupantor Geocoder API:
Use without a Barikoi Map. The Customer may use Barikoi Maps Content from the Rupantor Geocoder API in Customer Applications without a corresponding Barikoi Map. Pre-Fetching, Caching, or Storage of Content. Applications using the Barikoi Rupantor Geocoder API are bound by the terms of the Agreement with Barikoi. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Customer must not prefetch, index, store, or cache any Content under any conditions.Note that the ucode, used to uniquely identify a place, is exempt from the caching restriction. You can therefore store ucode values indefinitely. Ucode values are returned in the ucode field in Geocoding API responses. 5. Distance API
The following terms apply only to the Barikoi Distance API:
Use without a Barikoi Map. The Customer may use Barikoi Maps Content from the Distance API in Customer Applications without a corresponding Barikoi Map.Attribution Requirements. The Customer must provide Barikoi with attribution, in accordance with the Documentation,if the Customer uses Barikoi Maps content from the Distance API without a corresponding Barikoi Map. 6. Barikoi Map
Including third-party data providers. Some of the data and images on Barikoi’s mapping products come from providers other than Barikoi. If using such imagery, the text of the Customer’s attribution must state the name "Barikoi" and the relevant data provider(s)’ as due credit. When there are third-party data providers cited with the imagery, only including "Barikoi" or the Barikoi logo will not be considered proper attribution.Use with a non-Barikoi map. The Customer must not use Barikoi Maps Content in conjunction with a non-Barikoi map. If the Customer uses Barikoi Maps Platform on a device where the attribution display is not practical, please contact the Barikoi sales team to discuss licenses appropriate to the use case. 7. Attribution of Barikoi Logo
Modification of the attribution. The Customer may not remove, obscure, or crop out the attribution information while using Barikoi Libraries. The Customer cannot use the Barikoi logo inline (for example, "These maps are from [Barikoi_logo]"). 8. Verification of Customer-Reported Subscriptions
Barikoi has the ability to independently track the Customer’s use of certain Services, but Barikoi relies on the Customer to measure its own usage of certain other Services. To verify the Customer’s usage of self-measured Services, Barikoi may require the following once per calendar year:a) A corporate officer’s certification that the Customer has fully complied with the Agreement; and/or
b) An audit of the Customer’s relevant records by a nationally-recognized independent auditor on 30 days prior written notice from Barikoi during Customer’s business hours.
